Our enquiry form and chat assistant do not store your answers on our website. When you submit, WhatsApp or your email app opens with your message pre-filled, and you choose whether to send it. The message is then handled through WhatsApp or email.

When we build apps, chatbots or automation for a client, any data inside those systems belongs to the client. It is processed only according to the client's instructions and the project agreement. Where possible, it is kept in accounts owned by the client.

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and, if you become a client, for the duration of our relationship and any period required by law. After that we delete it or anonymise it.
